Try this delicious warming drink infused with
3 cups Almond milk
1 cup Coconut milk (full fat or lite)
1 tbsp Golden TURMERIC
1 tbsp Flowing GOJI
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
3 pods Cardamon, crushed
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2'' cube fresh Ginger
Pinch Black pepper
Optional : 1 tbsp Honey or agave syrup (for vegan)
3 servings (700ml)
1. Warm coconut milk and almond milk over medium-low heat in a small saucepan with spices and whisk (do not let mixture come to a boil).
2. Cool 3 min and transfer to blender cup (suitable for warm liquid) with fresh ginger.
3. Blend mixture until smooth.
4. Serve and enjoy !
No blinder option : use ground ginger (1/4 tsp) and ground cardamon (a pinch).
Notes: Make it iced : cool 30 min to the fridge, then pour over ice.
