Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 tbsp Black tea
1-1.5 Cardamon pods, crushed
1/4 fresh Ginger, peeled
1/4 tsp Cloves
Pinch Black peppercorns
1/2 stick Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
1 Anise stars
1/2 tsp Thunderous MACA
1/2 tsp Grounded ASTRAGALUS
Optional : 1/2 tsp Agave syrup

DIRECTIONS

15 mins

1. In a saucepan, add in all ingredients except Maca, Astragalus and agave syrup.
2. Bring to boil over medium heat.
3. Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
4. Strain to eliminate spices and black tea and then add Maca, Astragalus powders and agave syrup.
5. Mix to incorporate and drink warm.
